A festival that belonged to everyone who built it.

Bali Bloom was the world's first contributor-owned, co-created festival. I built it as an international model focused on collaboration and shared experiences, not a lineup and a crowd. Everyone who came through the gates was contributing their own gifts and talents, so the program belonged to the people living it.

In the most recent event year we drew 1,500 global participants and ran over 120 workshops. It became known for the high caliber of its workshops and cabaret performances, the kind of work that only happens when the audience and the artists are the same people.
